My answer: 2 years- Marking the approximate time I successfully rerouted my course to begin rebuilding towards a permanent stance on the track
Reality: About 12 years to 2009 …Yep- Given my age (28 years old), 12 years seems absurd. Then again, when you factor the issues concerning the track world and their impact on each athlete from Cali to NY, 12 years is normal…
…along with the injuries
…and unskilled coaches
…and faulty track programs
…and lack of funding
It’s all normal. It’s all good right?
